Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be a citizen of the United States, a state resident for at least five years, admitted to practice law in the state, at least 30 years old; and less than 75 years old.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee is $50; No signature requirement. Each judge who wishes to retain office shall also file a declaration of candidacy.
