Representative must be at least twenty-five years old, have been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years, and be an inhabitant of the state they seek to represent.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee is 1% of the office's annual salary; For candidates unable to pay filing fee, signature requirement is equal to 1% of the office's annual salary.
