Eligibility Requirements
Candidate is a registered voter of the city at the time of filing his or her declaration of candidacy and has been a resident of the city for a period of at least one year next preceding his or her election.
Filing Requirements
Filing fee of $122. If candidate files filing fee petition , he/she must collect the amount of signatures equivalent to 1% of the fixed annual income for the position. If the position earns less than $1,000 annually, the candidate must collect at least 10 signatures.
