Must be residents of the City of Ripley and qualified voters entitled to vote for member of the governing body of the municipality

- Filing requirements
- File a pre-candidacy registration form, certificate of announcement, and finance reports. Filing fee - $40. To waive filing fee - signatures of four voters registered in the political subdivision the candidate seeks to represent are required for each dollar of the filing fee
