Legally qualified voter of the City of Fairmont, West Virginia

- Filing requirements
- There shall be a filing fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) to be accompanied by an announcement of candidacy for the office of Council to be submitted to the City Clerk, which fee is to be deposited in the General Fund. Forms for announcement of candidacy will be provided by the City Clerk as follows:
