Filing Requirements
File a pre-candidacy registration form before rasing money for candidacy. File certificate of announcement, and finance reports. Filing fee - $25. To waive filing fee - signatures of four voters registered in the political subdivision the candidate seeks to represent are required for each dollar of the filing fee.
