The County Clerk/Recorder/Assessor/Surveyor is a joint position responsible for maintaining county records, reviewing subdivision maps as prescribed by state law, and also preparing legal descriptions and maps for other county departments while maintaining records of ownership, tax bill mailing address, property addresses, and assessment values for all the parcels of land in the county.
