Effective Educational Leadership. Taught grade 8th Science for two years at Bradford Middle School, where I motivated and got students to achieve the best scores at the State Examinations that the county has seen in decades. More than 50% of the class scored between 80% and 95%. Successfully supervised 18 Secondary (High) Schools and 166 Elementary Schools for five years in Guyana, South America. Former Education Officer with the Government of Guyana for five years. Noted for being a critical thinker and problem solver. Mentored Principals and gave effective leadership and support to teachers and other staff, to transform schools and provide the best educational opportunities to students.

Education Create specialized support classrooms for students exhibiting bullying behaviors. Education I will advocate for accessible early childhood education within local communities, reducing the need for long commutes and minimizing exposure to negative behaviors. Education My vision is to transform Bradford County Schools into institutions of excellence. I aim to promote conflict resolution and anti-bullying initiatives, ensuring that every child can learn in a safe, positive environment. Improving School and student performances The need for Bradford schools to be transformed into schools of excellence is urgent. Leadership focused on maintaining the status quo will only perpetuate existing failures. Effective transformational leadership that provides a vision of excellence, motivates, mentors and supports school administrators to pursue and achieve that vision by empowering and enriching each staff to as a whole to create a healthy, happy and purpose driven school culture is necessary. Students deserve a safe, happy and motivating learning environment in schools that provide the best educational experiences, allowing each child to achieve his or her true, maximum potential.
