Infrastructure / Transportation Invest in CIP - Fountain Hills' beauty is the envy of the state. Whether it's parks, monuments, or our beloved Fountain, I will work to make sure Fountain Hills remains the most beautiful town in the state and continue to improve our town's assets. Taxes / Budget No New Taxes - Whether its sales tax, property tax, or bonds, the money in your pocket is yours. Any expenditure of the council will first come from spending cuts, NOT tax increases. Economy Cut the Red Tape for Local Business - Government is not the solution to our problems, government is the problem. Our residents are most free when government is limited. As a councilman, I will work to make Fountain Hills a hub of small businesses and companies that drive economic growth, by getting government out of the way so that our residents will prosper. Infrastructure / Transportation Defend our Standard of Living -"Fountain Hills, All That Is Arizona." Whether you're a long term resident or a visitor, its immediately evident that Fountain Hills is the greatest town in Arizona. I will fight to keep it that way. Any and all decisions made will be with the primary goal to preserve and strengthen the character of our town. Housing End High Density Housing - High-density housing will only fuel rampant urbanization, decrease our standard of living, and destroy the character of our town. Single-family homes are not only the greatest guarantor of economic prosperity for families, but of this town's security. That is why they will not just be my priority on the council, they will be my standard. Taxes / Budget Fiscal Responsibility - Democrats promise lavish government spending, just so long as residents pick up the check. As your council member, I will make our budget more efficient and slash wasteful spending. Infrastructure / Transportation Build the Roads - Democrats on past councils have neglected our streets, ignoring pot holes and allowing dilapidated roads to deteriorate. I will prioritize fixing our roads WITHOUT tax increases. Economy Attract Keystone Business - Our town needs a keystone business that brings employees, and therefore young families, into town. To ensure our community thrives, we must prioritize attracting that cornerstone of a healthy community.
