Economy We must recognize and support all our economic drivers. Our growing hospital, health clinics, Safeway, and our local college are the backbone of our survival. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Integrated Safety: Functioning utilities and reliable emergency services are interdependent. I will lead with a focus on "Total Community Safety"—where every department works in partnership to protect our residents. Taxes / Budget I will bring a structured, data-driven approach to our city’s future by collaboratively developing a strategic plan tied to our budget. This initiative will prioritize key city projects and assign accountable timelines, ensuring our limited resources are utilized with maximum efficiency and community-wide consensus. Taxes / Budget We will continue to build on the outstanding efforts already underway to secure grant funding. By partnering with state, federal, and non-profit agencies, we can direct alternative funding and grants to special projects, ensuring local tax dollars remain dedicated to essential services and other top priorities determined by our community. Infrastructure / Transportation Every step we take toward the future must align with our shared history and culture. By working together, we will build a Bisbee that is both an international destination and a prosperous home for families for generations to come. Economy While we continue to support the events and visitors that drive our current economy, we must also aggressively seek to attract new, diversified business and work opportunities to ensure Bisbee remains resilient during future economic shifts. Infrastructure / Transportation We must ensure our essential services are prioritized and aligned with our community's values and our limited budget. This requires innovative thinking and a commitment to transparency.
