I will prioritize transparency and accountability to make sure every dollar spent delivers real, visible benefits to our residents. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Fountain Hills continues to be one of the safest communities in the county, and I am committed to keeping it that way. By fully supporting the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and strengthening community policing efforts, we can maintain low crime rates while preserving the welcoming, small-town environment residents value. I will advocate for proactive strategies that prevent crime before it starts—because protecting our families, neighborhoods, and businesses must always remain a top priority. Infrastructure / Transportation I believe in smart, responsible growth that protects the unique character of Fountain Hills while helping our local businesses thrive. Growth should work for residents—not change who we are. Drawing on my extensive experience in development and real estate, I will negotiate with any developers seeking to invest in our town to ensure new projects contribute to our town, not burden it. That means securing needed infrastructure improvements, protecting existing neighborhoods, and making sure growth enhances our quality of life while supporting a strong local economy.
