Government Reform
I want to see Fargo move to a ward system with a City Council with council members representing their neighborhoods rather than commissioners representing the entire city. This would allow for more direct representation and might have the added benefit of reducing barriers to public service.
Infrastructure / Transportation
I want to explore moving to a city-wide infrastructure tax for things like road, water and sewer, reducing the impact of major infrastructure project on Fargo residents. I think we can focus specials to truly local improvements like walkways, parks and neighborhood beautification.
