Additionally, I believe in strong community engagement and fostering open communication between families, educators, and the board to make informed, student-centered decisions.

Our schools thrive when educators and staff have the support they need. Competitive wages and benefits, supportive working environments, and professional development opportunities are necessary to attract and retain high-quality teachers and staff. Ensuring smaller class sizes and reducing unnecessary burdens will help educators focus on what they do best—teaching.

Every student deserves access to a high-quality education, regardless of background, ability, or socioeconomic status. I will advocate for policies that ensure equitable resources, inclusive learning environments, and strong support for diverse student needs, including special education, mental health services, and career pathways.
