Healthcare I will support initiatives that promote Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and other consumer-driven options that encourage personal responsibility and control over healthcare spending. Healthcare Increase competition in the healthcare market: Encouraging competition among healthcare providers and insurers can lead to better quality care at lower costs. I will advocate for policies that remove barriers to entry, promote transparency in pricing, and allow insurers to offer plans across state lines. Healthcare I will support policies that incentivize employers and insurers to offer wellness programs and provide coverage for preventive care services. Environment / Energy I will support policies and initiatives that promote energy efficiency in homes, businesses, and government facilities, such as tax incentives for energy-efficient upgrades and investments in public transportation. Environment / Energy Our state is blessed with abundant sunshine and geothermal resources, making it an ideal location for solar and geothermal energy development. I will advocate for policies that encourage the growth of these industries while ensuring a balanced approach that respects the rights of landowners and minimizes environmental impact. Environment / Energy I will support initiatives that educate our community about water-saving practices and the importance of water stewardship. Environment / Energy This is our state and our home, so “let’s clean it up Nevada”. The trash in our city is out of control. I say, let’s worry less about windmills and solar fields instead, how about we just get people to throw trash in the trash cans. I suggest we even rehabilitate our states non-violent criminal offenders and beautify our communities in the process. Education Promote school choice: I will advocate for policies that empower parents to choose the educational environment that best suits their children's needs, whether it be public, private, charter, or homeschooling. Education I will work to increase opportunities for parental involvement in local schools, including encouraging regular communication between parents and educators, and supporting the formation of parent-teacher organizations. Education Supporting Vocational and Technical Education: College is not the only pathway to success. We must recognize and invest in high-quality vocational and technical education programs that prepare students for a wide range of fulfilling and in-demand careers. Economy I will advocate for policies that enhance supply chain resilience, including investments in domestic manufacturing and diversification of our supplier base. Economy Regularly assessing key economic indicators, such as consumer price index and producer price index, will enable us to identify potential inflationary pressures early and implement appropriate policy responses. Economy An independent central bank with a clear and consistent mandate to maintain price stability is crucial to curbing inflation. Economy I will champion investments in education, vocational training, and workforce development programs to ensure that our citizens are prepared for the jobs of the future and can contribute to economic growth. Criminal Justice / Public Safety I will work to ensure that parents have the opportunity to provide input on local policies and initiatives through public forums, town hall meetings, and other community engagement efforts. Housing I will advocate for policies that create a business-friendly environment, such as tax incentives and streamlined regulations, to encourage developers and investors to construct affordable housing units. Housing I will champion initiatives that provide first-time homebuyers with financial education and resources, as well as promote programs like the Mortgage Interest Deduction to make homeownership more accessible. Housing Our veterans, elderly, and disabled citizens deserve special attention when addressing the affordable housing crisis. I will advocate for targeted assistance programs and policies that prioritize these vulnerable populations, ensuring that they have access to safe, affordable, and stable housing. Civil Rights I will support initiatives such as early voting, mail-in voting, and expanding polling locations, while ensuring that these measures are implemented in a secure and responsible manner. Civil Rights I will champion increased investment in voting equipment upgrades, cybersecurity measures, and personnel training to address potential threats. Civil Rights I will advocate for the implementation of robust voter identification measures that are both secure and efficient. Civil Rights To guarantee the accuracy and transparency of our election results, I will advocate for routine, non-partisan audits.
