Taxes / Budget We can deliver excellent public services (police, fire, EMS, parks, and infrastructure) while being smart stewards of taxpayer dollars. This means finding efficiencies, pursuing grants, and making strategic investments that prevent costly problems down the road, not forcing residents to choose between safe streets and balanced budgets. Infrastructure / Transportation Growth done right benefits everyone. Strategic residential and commercial development expands our tax base, supports our school district, and brings amenities our community wants. I’ll push for development that fits Cottage Grove’s character while ensuring we have the revenue to fund the services our residents expect. Stagnation isn’t preservation; it’s decline.
