Environment / Energy Complete the current analysis of Helper’s electrical grid and begin pursuing infrastructure upgrades that improve reliability and prepare for future growth. Environment / Energy Finalize the next phase of the Price River restoration, including continued wildfire recovery and expanded public access and habitat improvement. Infrastructure / Transportation Prioritize safer, well-maintained roads across the city — based on data, community feedback, and efficient planning. Infrastructure / Transportation Continue to enhance the partnership with USU Eastern to improve local baseball and softball fields — supporting community use and youth recreation.
