To that end, he is promoting a vision that puts the City of Prichard first and on a path of change and city growth, to become a city that is increasing in public safety, economic development, homeownership, roads and infrastructure, taking our rightful place as the second largest city in Mobile County. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Under Martin leadership, the City of Prichard will embrace a 21st Century Policing strategies that targets violence and public safety, Increase Fire protection, transparent water services and community development.
