Taxes / Budget My responsibility is to ensure Harris County is prepared—financially, operationally, and communicatively—to respond with clarity and compassion. Leadership matters most when the unexpected arrives. Taxes / Budget Harris County doesn’t need higher taxes—it needs clearer priorities. I will implement Zero-Based Budgeting so every dollar is justified, transparent, and tied to real outcomes. Honest budgets build public trust and protect essential services without raising the burden on families. Infrastructure / Transportation I will coordinate housing, transportation, and infrastructure to reduce congestion and support working families. Smart planning saves time, money, and opportunity. Criminal Justice / Public Safety I will work to reduce backlogs, support first responders, and ensure our justice system works quickly and fairly. Safety is is foundational, not optional. Infrastructure / Transportation I will prioritize projects that reduce risk countywide and deliver real protection for neighborhoods that have waited too long. Water doesn’t respect borders...our solutions shouldn’t either. Economy I will support apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, and real economic pathways that keep talent local. Opportunity will no longer feel exclusive.
