My Top Issues

Infrastructure / Transportation

Under a Walker administration, the first priority will be securing federal grants to restore Main Street to its original design. This is possible through federal historical preservation grants, which would fund the renovation and place Main Street on a historical register, ensuring it can never fall into disrepair again.

Economy

We must support the businesses that keep our town alive. I plan to incentivize small businesses; no "mom-and-pop" shop should pay the same tax rate as large corporations like McDonald's. This would lead to more growth, a stronger economy, and increased competition in our workforce.

Economy

One of my first actions will be, with an unbiased planning commission, to completely overhaul the current administration's "Comprehensive Master Plan 2040." This plan includes needless spending, wasting your tax dollars without any real improvements to show.

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

In my first 100 days in office, I will work with the city council to provide additional funding to our police department, ensuring the City of Citronelle can recruit more top-notch officers who share our vision of restoring pride, strength, and safety to our community. This will lead to us having a safe community once again.

Infrastructure / Transportation

To improve our infrastructure, we must use our already available funds to address these issues before they worsen. The city receives 300,000 annually for infrastructure improvements, but instead of building new, permanent roads, they have simply been putting temporary fixes on ongoing problems.

Economy

For Citronelle to remain competitive with nearby municipalities, we need more growth. Welcoming new businesses will close the gap with neighboring towns and bring more revenue to Citronelle, leading to more money in the pockets of hard-working citizens (like you!).
