About Me

Principal Consultant, Community Program & Human Resources Professional

Why I am Running

I bring over two decades of experience working at the intersection of families, systems, and community accountability. I have led youth development and family support programs, managed multi-site budgets, supervised staff and volunteers, and worked directly with county-funded systems that serve children, parents, and vulnerable residents. Professionally, I have experience in human resources, program management, and community engagement—ensuring policies are implemented fairly, budgets are responsibly managed, and services actually reach the people they’re intended to support. I’ve worked closely with schools, nonprofits, faith institutions, and county partners to reduce barriers, strengthen coordination, and improve outcomes for families. As a father raising children with unique needs, I also bring lived experience navigating county and school systems—experience that keeps me grounded in the real-world impact of policy decisions. These combined experiences have prepared me to serve as a Dane County Supervisor who listens, asks hard questions, demands accountability, and keeps people—not politics—at the center of decision-making.

Top Issues

Families First - Systems that work Families should be able to access county services without confusion, duplication, or unnecessary barriers. I believe Dane County must design systems that are easier to navigate, better coordinated across departments, and responsive to the real needs of parents, caregivers, seniors, and children. Health & Safety — With Accountability Public health and safety investments must be guided by evidence, transparency, and clear outcomes. I will support strategies that keep communities safe while demanding accountability, measurable results, and honest communication about what’s working and what isn’t. Responsible & Transparent Budgeting County budgets should reflect community priorities, not hidden tradeoffs or last-minute decisions. I will advocate for clear, transparent budgeting that explains costs, outcomes, and long-term impacts so residents understand how their tax dollars are being used.
