Civil Rights Protect Privacy: Promptly process requests to seal or shield sensitive records, including those under the Maryland Second Chance Act and protective orders. Government Reform Eliminate Bottlenecks: Regularly audit processes to identify and remove procedural slowdowns. Civil Rights Language & Disability Access: Strengthen translation services and ADA accommodations. Government Reform Modernize Services: Expand e-filing, online scheduling, and digital document access to reduce in-person delays.
