Foreign Policy Randy will keep China away from our farmland, harden Iowa’s defenses against China, keep the Chinese Communist Party out of our classrooms, and stop Chinese spies from stealing our agricultural and intellectual property. Economy By making Iowa the most business- and ag-friendly state in the country, he will help businesses and manufacturers grow and invest in Iowa and ensure that our family farms are passed from one generation to the next – not to China or out-of-state landowners. Taxes / Budget As Governor, Randy’s top priority will be driving down costs and making life more affordable for Iowans. On day one of his administration, he will cut and freeze property taxes for Iowa families, farmers, seniors, and small businesses. Healthcare Randy will protect rural hospitals and pharmacies while ensuring that our families, seniors, and veterans receive the care they deserve at a low cost. Delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare for all Iowans will be a top priority for Randy. Healthcare Randy will also be laser-focused on lowering healthcare premiums, reducing the cost of pharmaceuticals, expanding access to low-cost, quality health insurance, and protecting seniors and Iowans with pre-existing conditions. Abortion / Contraception Randy will always protect the right to life, defend the unborn. Guns The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. He will oppose any effort that infringes on the constitutional rights of law-abiding Iowa gun owners. Education As Governor, Randy will deliver world-class education for our kids from preschool through college. That means we teach the fundamentals of reading, writing, math, and history – not DEI and other political ideologies. Wages / Job Benefits As Governor, Randy will also prioritize job creation and ensure that young Iowans have opportunities to stay right here in Iowa and live the American dream. Again, when our kids graduate from high school, trade school, or college with a skill, there must be a great job waiting for them. As a father of four, Randy will be a strong advocate for the next generation. Education Randy will support Iowa teachers so that they have the tools to educate – not indoctrinate – the next generation. Additionally, when Iowa kids graduate high school, trade school, or college with a skill, Randy will ensure that a great job with a great wage is waiting for them. Taxes / Budget Randy will focus on cutting taxes, creating great jobs, investing in our main streets, and bringing manufacturing back to Iowa.
