My Top Issues

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

I believe strong communities start with safe, accessible spaces where families and young people can come together. I’ll make it a priority to improve our city park—starting with better lighting, security cameras, and upgrades to the surrounding areas to make it more enjoyable and safer for everyone.

Government Reform

I’ll also prioritize clear communication and strong collaboration between our first responders and city leadership — ensuring their experience and insight are part of every major decision.

Social Services

I also believe our youth deserve more opportunities right here in Argo. Too often, kids have to travel 5 to 10 miles just to play sports or participate in outdoor activities. I want to change that by working with property owners and the community to explore options for a small sports complex that our local kids can be proud of.

Economy

Part of my vision for Argo is to preserve our small-town charm while attracting the basic amenities that support our quality of life and stimulate local economic growth. No — we don’t want to become the next Trussville or even Springville. But we do want, and deserve, easy access to the essentials that make day-to-day living more convenient and fulfilling for the people who call Argo home.

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

That means securing funding for updated equipment, expanding training opportunities, and offering competitive pay and benefits to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

As mayor, I’ll work closely with the City Council to ensure our public safety departments are fully equipped, properly staffed, and backed by the resources they need to do their jobs with excellence.

Infrastructure / Transportation

We’ll partner with key stakeholders — including the St. Clair County Commission, the Alabama Department of Transportation, and the U.S. Department of Transportation — to identify funding opportunities, pursue grants, and collaborate on major projects.

Infrastructure / Transportation

I’ll also work with the appropriate federal authorities and the railroad companies to address long-standing concerns related to rail traffic and safety — ensuring that our infrastructure planning accounts for every factor that impacts daily life in Argo.

Government Reform

Use tools like social media, the city website, and other platforms to regularly share updates and important information. And as mayor, I’ll maintain an open-door policy — making it easy for you to reach out, ask questions, or stop by City Hall to speak with me directly.
