I’ll focus on improving day-to-day life in Smiths Station through practical investments that make our city cleaner, safer, and more connected. Infrastructure / Transportation We can grow without giving up who we are. I’ll push for policies that manage development in a way that preserves green space, reduces traffic bottlenecks, and protects the small-town feel that makes Smiths Station special. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Public safety isn’t just about law enforcement — it’s about preparedness. I’ll work to ensure the city has a comprehensive plan for all emergencies, starting with the completion of the Storm Shelter at City Hall. Taxes / Budget Smiths Station can’t afford to be reactive — we need a long-term plan. As Mayor, I’ll lead the charge in creating a 10-year strategic vision that addresses infrastructure, growth, and community development. This plan will be built with public input and clear goals to guide responsible, forward-looking leadership. Taxes / Budget It’s time for Smiths Station to modernize. I’ll work to build a more capable, professional city government with stronger budgeting, improved services, and better coordination across departments — all while respecting taxpayers and keeping our government accountable. Economy We need more than just retail — we need jobs. I’ll champion smart, diversified economic development that brings industry, logistics, and small business investment to Smiths Station. We’ll work with regional and state partners to attract employers that provide long-term career opportunities.
