Criminal Justice / Public Safety The safety of the 4th District residents has always been a top priority of Richard's. In the northern portion of the District, many people walk or run for pleasure as well as following religious tenets. One of the challenges is that a large portion of the 4th District is surrounded by Good Hope Rd and Green Bay Rd, both heavily traveled roadways governed by either Milwaukee County or the State of Wisconsin. Infrastructure / Transportation Continue to collaborate with Milwaukee County DOT and WisDOT to enhance crossing safety for drivers and pedestrians at Pierron Rd, Good Hope Rd., and Range Line Rd. As much as possible. Taxes / Budget Work with City Staff to identify areas where additional operational cost savings can be realized, such as sharing services with surrounding communities.
