Investing in Our Schools Collaborate with schools to create after-school programs, mentorships, and enrichment opportunities that prepare students for leadership and life beyond the classroom. Workforce & Adult Education Launch and support local training programs, GED access, trade skills, and entrepreneurship courses that uplift adults and give every resident a chance to grow economically. Unity Across Generations Develop intergenerational programs that bridge the wisdom of seniors with the energy of youth. Empower every voice, from the classroom to the community center.

Attracting and retaining businesses

Smart Economic Growth Attract and retain businesses that create sustainable jobs and align with the needs of District One. Focus on revitalization, infrastructure, and strategic development without displacing residents.

Clean and safe streets

Community First Initiatives Prioritize projects that enhance everyday quality of life—clean streets, green parks, community centers, new library, new civic center, and safe recreational spaces for all ages. Health, Wellness & Accessibility Support initiatives around mental health, nutrition, senior services, and health education—because healthy people build healthy communities. Bridging the G.A.P.S. Governmental Action. Public Service. Close the gaps between government and the people by creating clear channels of communication, access to resources, and responsive local representation.
