Stephen Winslow

Environment / Energy Steve supports efforts to make Malden more resilient to climate change by developing action plans and planting needed trees to help clean our air and lower neighborhood temperatures. Civil Rights Steve is a strong voice for our diverse communities. He advocates for equity and language access initiatives. Education Steve enjoys lending a hand on fun projects that engage local youth such as bike rides, Read Across America and activities by the Malden Youth Council. Infrastructure / Transportation Steve works for safer and more accessible streets and sidewalks so that seniors and families with children especially can be safe throughout the neighborhood. He advocates for maintaining train service and for quicker and more frequent bus service. Infrastructure / Transportation Steve has been a strong, Independent voice for keeping Maplewood Square as a Neighborhood Business District. He's championed the Maplewood Square Visioning project.
