Fun Fact
Did I have dedicated my whole life to public service. I have been a volunteer fireman, law-enforcement, military, and now hopefully your city councilman.
Past Experience
I have lived in Lowell for over half my life. I purchased my first home of Church Street in Lowell back in 2002.
I have worked for local government going on 21+ years. I have been in law-enforcement for about 18 of those years.
I am currently a school resource officer in Lincoln County.
I have 21+ years of military experience where I’m still currently in the army reserves. I have several deployments overseas and life experiences around the world.
My Top Issues
Prioritize safe streets
First, I would like to deal with the increase of traffic through our town.
Second, I wanna make sure our streets are safe by helping our law-enforcement get the equipment they need to do so.
Inclusive zoning policies
I want to put a limit on how many houses can be built on 1 acre of land.
Water-efficient infrastructure and technology
To make sure our waste water treatment plant remains property of the citizens of Lowell. To make sure it gets maintained properly so we don’t find herself in the same situation we are currently.
Who I'm Running Against
Larry Simonds (Other)
Has held office several times as both city Council and as Mayor.
Thomas Gillespie (Democrat Party)
Has held city council seat multiple times. Nothing to show for his time while on the council. Has no new fresh ideas only rides the coattails of the ones around him.
Bill Knox (Libertarian Party)
Has only lived in the town less than 10 years. Was a big fan of the previous City manager. Also big into wasteful spending. This individual is very untrustworthy.
Travis Smith (Other)
Travis has been elected two times prior as city council. Big on raising taxes and wasteful spending. Also very untrustworthy.
Ashton Weaver (Republican Party)
Has lived in the town, her whole life. Has not held office in the past. Has fresh and new ideas for the town. She is a running mate.
Shane Robinson (Republican Party)
Has held city Council seats in the past and has made positive changes on the town. Also a running mate.
