The County Clerk and Auditor is a joint position responsible for maintaining and providing records including birth, marriage, civil union and death certificates. The duties of a County Clerk and Auditor also include administering elections, preparing and administering accounting records for county funds, overseeing audits of county departments, regulating the budget.
