My Top Issues
Invest in crime prevention
Birmingham has the highest crime rate and we must bring communication to the Citizens to help prevent crime before it happens. The status quote is black on black crime rates the highest.
Encouraging redevelopment of vacant properties
I am surrounded by over 150 vacant properties due to massive fires from years ago ND the properties are now overgrown and eye sore. A housing development is a must with no other option for District Eight.
Investing in park maintenance and improvement
I am blesses to have historical parks and recreation center that serve our youth on a daily basis but they are deteriorating due to leadership not investing back in the community facilities by not funding what needs to be fixed. These places are safe haven for the children and I am advocating for change.
