Career Technical Education plays an important role in helping students apply reading, writing, and math in meaningful, real-world ways. Whether a student plans to attend college, enter a trade, or go straight into the workforce, they need strong core skills and practical experience to succeed. Taxes / Budget Fiscal responsibility means helping districts make the most of the funding they have, being transparent about decisions, and keeping the focus on what actually supports students, especially in areas like special education and student services. It’s about being practical, thoughtful, and honest with the resources we’re trusted to manage.
