Eligibility Requirements
No person shall be eligible to hold any elective office in the city unless they are an elector of the city and have been a resident therein for a period of not less than one year next preceding the date of the election at which such person is elected.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee:$168. Petition signature requirement: 1% of the registered electors of the city as shown by the compilation by the Supervisor of Elections for the last preceding general election.
