Candidates for public office shall reside in the City of Hialeah Gardens for a period of at least one (1) year preceding the general election for which said candidate qualifies for and, in addition, candidates shall have been registered on the City Voters Registration Books as being eligible to vote at such general election

Filing Fee:$50. Petition signature requirement: 25
