Job description

Local Court Judges are responsible for adjudicating cases in civil and criminal courts at the trial-level, such as small-claims court or drug court.

Eligibility requirements

The Municipal Judge shall be an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Colorado, and shall have had a minimum of two years experience in the active practice of law, and be a registered elector of the City. Candidates are required to sign an affidavit as to qualifications.
