The County Clerk/Recorder/Election Administrator/Surveyor is a joint position responsible for recording and maintaining county records, administering all local, state, and federal elections, overseeing voter registration, and administering the county land survey records.
Eligibility requirements
A candidate must be 18 years of age; a citizen of the state; and an elector of the county in which the duties of the office are to be exercised; or (b) in the case of an office consolidated between two or more counties, an elector in one of the counties in which the duties of the office are to be exercised.
