My Top Issues

Housing

Illegal short-term rentals are eroding our community and driving up the cost of living. Luidgi will enforce the law, crack down on abuse, and restore housing stability. Miami Beach should be a city of neighbors, not just a revolving door of tourists.

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

Luidgi will push to streamline city processes, cut the red tape, and empower the city manager to actually deliver a comprehensive vision—with performance, accountability, and measurable goals.

Government Reform

He will fight to expose dark money, close loopholes, and dismantle the political machines that treat elections like auctions. Public office is not for sale.

Economy

Luidgi will fight to stop the attack on small businesses, streamline approvals, and make Miami Beach a place where local businesses are valued, not punished. When small businesses thrive, our entire city thrives.

Education

Luidgi will fight to hold the Miami-Dade School Board accountable, ensuring that the dollars we send downtown come back to support our public schools, our teachers, and our students.

Infrastructure / Transportation

Luidgi is committed to aggressive action to clean our canals and bay, hold polluters accountable, and work with environmental groups, state agencies, and residents to restore our natural surroundings—because protecting Miami Beach means protecting the water that surrounds it.

Infrastructure / Transportation

Luidgi will fight to end political favors and zoning giveaways that benefit insiders at the expense of residents. Development should serve the people who live here, not special interests. He will demand transparency, protect our neighborhoods, and put residents first.

Infrastructure / Transportation

I want to fight for clean streets.

Infrastructure / Transportation

Our waterways are suffering. Pollution, neglect, and mismanagement are degrading Biscayne Bay and threatening our way of life.
